By far, the Rowan Boulevard project is one of the more complex and challenging projects Land Dimensions has worked on.  Located near the heart of the already established downtown Glassboro, Rowan Boulevard is an ambitious multi-faceted mixed-use development that combines residential, commercial, and institutional uses, and incorporates all disciplines in land use development, while simultaneously planning for the future and anticipated growth at Rowan.  Upon completion of the project, Rowan Boulevard will link the campus of Rowan University with Glassboro's original downtown business district.  The scope of work performed includes but is not limited to:  all site feasibility and improvement plans of existing use, detailed assessment and engineer's reports for the site, storm water management, sewer and water designs, soil erosion studies, acquisition of all necessary regulatory permits for infrastructure modifications as well as redevelopment plans.
