Land Dimensions is well versed in zoning and municipal land use law as it pertains specifically to health care infrastructure development.  Our company has provided development and design consulting services to the Kennedy Health System for more than twenty years.  We anticipate the physical landscape of South Jersey to continue to change in a way that is conducive to supporting this growing niche industry.  We created a Master Plan for a 24 acre medical complex adjacent to the main hospital.  This space, facilitated through our design engineering and collaboration with Healthcare design architects, currently supports an Outpatient Surgical Center, Dialysis Center, Assisted Living Center, Helipad, Ambulatory Care, and Medical Office buildings.  Additionally, a nursing home expansion and an expansion of the emergency room facilities were enabled for and developed in accordance with the Master Plan for this site.
