Land Dimensions has completed a Pre-Engineering Design Investigation for the future Freshman Village at the Rowan University Campus. The currently chosen Freshman Village site has significant environmental and land use constraints due to the location and configuration of a stream corridor which bisects the entire Rowan University Campus.

LDE's expertise in innovative environmental solutions that are in full compliance with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection's (NJDEP) land use regulations are essential to the next phase of the project design, which will ultimately shape the future Freshman Village at Rowan University Campus.
