Land Dimensions was approached to develop an almost 30 acre parcel of land for low and moderate income families, as well as affordable housing for seniors and disabled persons on fixed incomes.  After careful analysis, the necessary permitting acquisition, and sensitivity to environmental conservation, we were able to create a usable space for 94 town-homes, 96 one bedroom apartments, and a centrally located community center.
